Mysa Slipover

Simple and minimalistic, the Mysa Slipover is knit seamlessly from the top down with a drop shoulder construction. The shoulders are shaped with increases worked on either side of the shoulder line to create a well-fitting shoulder slope. The Mysa Slipover does not use any short rows. A cozy funnel neck is warm and stylish. A split hi-lo hem adds to the style. A tidy edging is worked on the edge of the ribbed hem.

(3, 3, 4, 4, 4) (5, 5, 5, 6, 6) skeins Yarnageddon worsted weight alpaca yarn.

Note: The yarn from my sample is a farm yarn that I found in the yarn store run by the farm owner. She does not have an online store. It is a 100% Alpaca yarn.

NEEDLES

Two 32-inch (80 cm) US size 7 (4.5 mm) (or size needed to obtain gauge), and one 32-inch (80 cm) US size 5 (3.75 mm) (or two whole sizes smaller than gauge needle) circular knitting needles.

NOTIONS

Four stitch markers, waste yarn, and a tapestry needle.

GAUGE

19 stitches and 28 ROWS = 4 inches / 10 cm in stockinette on US size 7 (4.5 mm) needles.
